Crystal Redhead-Gould founded the Five Star Executives (then A Virtual Solution) in 2003 as a one woman operation geared to provide services virtually to small business owners. In those days the concept of virtual assistance was still new however small business owners quickly embraced the opportunity for help without the expense of paying for a full time member of staff.
Eight months after its doors opened the business had a full client load consisting of clients from the US, Canada, the Caribbean and Europe.
Eight years later Five Star Executives through a diverse and talented team of professions have served countless business owners from all over the world in varying capacities.
Crystal Redhead-Gould enjoys the moderate paced life she lives on the twin isle of Trinidad and Tobago. Here she enjoys teaching the benefits of social media to local small business owners. She is the co-founder of Tell Trinbago a firm that provides email marketing services to local businesses. She teaches several small business development workshops both offline and online primarily focusing on building brands that people recognize. Crystal has been a pioneer for the growth of virtual assistance in the Caribbean and still runs several workshops for upcoming and coming virtual assistants in the Caribbean.
Crystal considers the birth and raising of her son Zachary her greatest accomplishment. She loves the lord, loves to fellowship with her church family and especially loves youth ministry something she believes that she was especially called to do.
