We offer several pricing options. For a more detailed quotation please go to the contact page to request a consultation or custom quote. The packages are prepaid but there are also pay as you go options. The best rates are afforded with the prepaid packages. All prepaid packages roll over every month. Deeper discounts are available with recurring packages but these hours do not roll over. Extra hours on these plans are billed at $35/hour.

To make it easier for business owners to budget we charge a flat rate for all services. Approximate time for completion of a service will be given through a custom quote.

Please take note of the following points:

  • Any time spent on your project is billable. This includes phone calls, emails, implementation and anything else that goes into completing your assignment.
  • Costs do not cover use of third party services or software that you require outside of our contractual agreement. Any expenses will first be approved by you of course.
  • Payment for invoices must be made upon receipt or you risk losing your spot.
  • Normal business hours are Monday to Thursdays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am-1:00pm. We are closed for all major holidays.
  • We are available for rush jobs however you will incur a $35 rush fee in addition to the regular rate.
