Hello! I am Crystal Gould and I am the owner and President of Five Star Executives. Thanks to my virtual team consisting of four other executives we can now provide you with our range of services.
Before starting FSE I worked for a large corporation in Jacksonville, FL for six years as the Business Development Manager. Prior to that I worked for a small independent firm in New York, NY as the Executive Assistant to the three partners. I did this full time while carrying a full schedule at the City University of New York to obtain my postgraduate degree.
It was an easy transition for me to start Five Star Executives (previously A Virtual Solution) as I had spent so much of the years before working on my own, using my initiative and making decisions on behalf of my employers.
At FSE our primary goal is to deliver the services that you our clients need and expect. Knowing that your projects are in safe hands is important to us and to the success of your business. This can help our clients focus on what they really need to.
We know that our clients have both unique and shared needs for our products and services. We must understand, and also anticipate and respond to, these needs to make sure FSE continues to be their preferred source for virtual executive services. To do this, we have developed a team that reflects the diversity of the clients we serve.
Our combined years of experience have given us the opportunity to offer a wide range of administrative and operational services. It’s rewarding for us to use the experiences, bad and good, to help our clients overcome obstacles and avoid pitfalls. Our primary goal is to build long-term relationships with other business owners and help them achieve their goals.
